I would not spending my money at this hotel again! This was the worst experience I ever have stayed at hotel! First when we arrive at the hotel, there was only one person working at the front desk and there were about 5 customers waiting to be check in. We waited and waited and finally we got our keycard but when we unloaded our stuff we have trouble finding the cart to carry our stuff to the room. Plus, there were 3 elevators but only 1 is working and the stairs way was close! We waited for the elevator for about 10 to 15mins each ride it was quite annoying especially when you have a very young child with you. We went as a family of 3 me (pregnant), my husband and my 2 years old toddler. We booked a premier room type, the room was looking nice but the AC was not working to the point that at 2 am my toddler woke up crying and sweating. And we contacted the front office and no one pick up the call. So, my poor husband have to get himself down to the lobby to get help or figuring thing out. They give us a new room which was a regular type room and we pay for the premier room type and that was okay with us at first. BUT when it come to the AC part! Guess what? It still doesn’t work!!!! We called the front desk again, and luckily they pick up this time! We tell them that the AC is not working again and the room was hot. And we were so tired from moving to another room at about 3am with lots of stuff and a toddler. We just ask them if they can bring us a fan? Guess what again?! They don’t have it!!! And they don’t even offer us anything else after that, so we were giving up too at that point. We ended up stay in that smaller room and didn’t get any sleep. Secondly, we want to use a microwave and we went to the second floor and it was disgusting one microwave for the whole entire hotel! The floor was so dirty and the microwave was set on this old night stand. Beside there was a room that they left the door open, it was a storage room for things like new pillows, sheets, and towels etc… the room was so DIRTY! Again the floor look like it never been clean for months and the shelf as you can imagine, SUPER GROSS! Last but not least, in the morning when we check out at the front desk worker don’t even bother ask how was our stay. As we don’t want anything from them anyways so we left and didn’t say anything but thinking for sure that we will never come back here again! 👎🏼

Nice hotel. Clean, wonderful staff. Room 279 is very roomy with a large accessible private deck. Left some articles in the room and housekeeping, arranged to have them curated to me within a week. I did pay for this service, but I was very pleased to get my important articles back to me. I would definitely stay at this hotel.

Did not get to stay there. We unexpectedly needed a room for the night and tried to book online. However, as it was after midnight, I accidentally booked it for the following night. I realized the mistake immediately and the hotel was contacted to cancel within 20 min of booking. They had nothing to say except they have a no cancelation policy. Had to pay full price for a room they probably rented to someone else and collected double the fee for the room. Seems pretty crooked seeing as how unlikely it is that I caused them to lose any business. Based on this example of thir customer service, I dont think I'll ever stay there.

I had a fantastic stay at the Pan Pacific in Toronto. Denise at the front desk was a delightful person to deal with giving me an excellent price on my room and upgrading me to a corner room with a king bed. That bed was so comfortable and the room was very quiet and shining with cleanliness. Even the front lobby I found to be very clean. This was my second time to stay there and I would stay again in a heartbeat. Denise was at the desk again when I checked out in the morning with her big smile -what a treat to have someone like that on the front desk. Thanks Denise for all you did to make my stay so wonderful! Hopefully I will see you soon!

I literally had an allergic reaction to this hotel. The first room I stayed in was dirty. I thought it was a fluke and requested another room, but that was no better. Both rooms had thick layers of dust, particularly right behind the bed under the headboard. Carpet was filthy. I found food crumbs and bits of napkin on the floor (do they even vacuum?). One room had an unflushed toilet paper in one of the toilets. The coffee makers were dirty and one had hair in it. But it was the dust that got me. I was sneezing, stuffy, and itchy. I was supposed to stay for 2 weeks, I barely lasted 2 hours. I booked a room at a Marriott instead. Much cleaner and even offers breakfast. Pan Pacific Toronto was a complete disappointment and unworthy of its 4-star luxury status. Do not recommend at all.
